我們榮幸宣布,御醬房(YU JIANG FANG)以經典之作「頂級黑豆壺底蔭油」(Premium Fermented Black Bean Soy Sauce),榮獲 2024 年法國 Prix Épicures de l’Épicerie Fine(法國精品食品 艾比克獎) 「調味品、芥末與醬料類」銅獎,成為台灣首度於此國際賽事中獲獎的品牌,象徵台灣職人釀造工藝正式躍登國際精品食品殿堂。

Prix Épicures de l’Épicerie Fine 由法國權威美食雜誌《Le Monde de l’Épicerie Fine》主辦,素有「精品食品界奧斯卡」之譽。評審團匯聚米其林餐廳主廚、藍帶主廚、美食記者與國際食品通路專家。所有參賽產品需經現場專業品評與技術問答,並依外觀、品嚐品質、製作工藝、創新性與包裝設計五大標準,進行綜合評選,競爭激烈且標準嚴謹。

「頂級黑豆壺底蔭油」選用台灣在地黑豆,堅持傳統日曝古法自然釀造超過 180 天,取出整缸的發酵精華,在熬煮過程中不添加一滴水,完整保留原汁,凝聚出醬色深邃、香氣多層、口感細緻悠長的極致風味,完美展現台灣傳統釀造工藝的深度。

Premium Fermanted Black Bean Soy Sauce Becomes First Taiwanese Winner

We are proud to announce that YU JIANG FANG’s signature product, Premium Fermented Black Bean Soy Sauce, has been awarded the Bronze Medal in the Condiments, Mustards, and Sauces category at the 2024 Prix Épicures de l’Épicerie Fine in France.
This prestigious recognition marks the first time a Taiwanese brand has won this honor, symbolizing the elevation of Taiwan’s artisanal fermentation craft onto the international fine food stage.

Organized by the esteemed French gourmet magazine Le Monde de l’Épicerie Fine, the Prix Épicures is hailed as the "Oscars of Fine Food."
The jury comprises Michelin-starred chefs, culinary experts, food journalists, and international retail specialists. All entries are evaluated through on-site tasting and professional Q&A sessions based on five criteria: appearance, tasting quality, production method, originality, and packaging design, ensuring a highly competitive and rigorous selection process.

Our Premium Fermented Black Bean Soy Sauce is crafted using local Taiwanese black beans, following a traditional sun-fermentation process of over 180 days. Only the finest essence of the fermentation is extracted, and the sauce is meticulously cooked without adding a single drop of water, preserving the full-bodied original flavor.
The result is a soy sauce with a deep color, multi-layered aroma, refined texture, and lingering aftertaste, perfectly embodying the spirit of traditional Taiwanese craftsmanship.
